Kickboxing Fitness is an extreme total body workout that uses real combat moves and high energy drills to improve your strength, flexibility and endurance.


Fight Fit Ohio offers three different types of bag classes including:

  • Kickboxing - Heavy bag workout to get you sweating and learn basic kicks and punching combinations.
  • Kick-Plus: A power-house Kickboxing class with intervals of light dumbbell weights, body weight or sandbells worked in throughout the class.
  • Bag Blast - A 30 minutes non-stop moving sweat fest! Cardio aerobic intervals and body weight exercises along with heavy bag drills will leave you sweaty, happy and fit!
