Beginner Core Fit Classes Enrolling In February
Core Fit is strength and conditioning class designed to improve your cardiovascular endurance and physical strength.
Utilizing dumbbell weights, pull/chin up bars, rings, jump ropes, power wheels, Bosu, and body weight exercises, this class will be different every time to keep you engaged and challenged.
It will focus on core stability for proper mechanics as well as work all the muscle groups for a great overall workout.
